International Shipping – FREE
We provide complimentary shipping to New Zealand, Australia, the United States, and Canada for single bag purchases.
Please note: Orders with multiple bags may incur an additional shipping fee — we will contact you directly to confirm any extra costs before dispatch.

Local Delivery – Rarotonga

  • Free Local Pickup is available by appointment.

  • Rarotonga Delivery is available for a flat fee of $15 NZD.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable). Please allow extra time for deliveries to remote locations or during peak shipping periods.

Returns & Exchanges

We pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship. However, due to the handmade nature of our bags and the repurposed fabrics we use, please be aware of the following:

Ready to Order Items

Returns are only accepted in the event of a clear manufacturing fault.

  • Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery if you believe there is an issue.

  • Fabric Character: Our bags are made with repurposed textiles that may include minor imperfections — these are not considered faults, but rather part of the unique story and charm of each piece.

Made to Order Bags

Due to the custom nature of these items, all Made to Order purchases are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made bags.

  • Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
