2.1 All course bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.2 By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2.3 If a course is canceled or rescheduled by us, we will offer alternative dates or credits at our discretion.
3. Custom-Made Pieces
3.1 All custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
3.2 Custom orders are produced based on specifications provided by the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure all details (e.g., measurements, materials, and design preferences) are accurate before confirming the order.
3.3 We reserve the right to decline a custom order if we cannot meet the request specifications.
4. Ready-to-Buy Pieces
4.1 Ready-to-buy items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
4.2 To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and proof of purchase.
- Items that are damaged, worn, altered, or missing components are not eligible for a return.
4.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
4.4 Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees or any additional costs incurred.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Shipping costs and times may vary based on location and delivery method. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
5.2 Circle Cook Islands is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit unless insurance is purchased.
5.3 Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
6. Product Descriptions & Availability
6.1 We strive to ensure accurate descriptions and representations of our products. However, slight variations in color, size, or materials may occur due to natural differences or display settings.
6.2 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or reject orders at our discretion.
7. Gift Vouchers
7.1 Gift vouchers are valid for use only on the Circle Cook Islands website and may be redeemed for products or services offered on the site.
7.2 The value of the gift voucher must be used in one single transaction.
7.3 If the total value of the purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.
7.4 If the full value of the gift voucher is not used in the transaction, the remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or carried forward.
7.5 Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7.6 Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced. Please keep your voucher secure.
